Arriving in Zihuatanejo after a nightmare day in Mexico City where all my camera equipment was stolen, I was grateful for the relaxed atmosphere and friendly folk. The fishing village is situated on the Pacific Coast, about 250 km north of Acapulco and is also a popular playground for deep sea game fishermen.
