Cliff grave - Sulawesi
The land of the Tanatoraja in central Sulawesi is famous
for their elaborate and traditional funeral rituals where pigs and water
buffaloes are slaughtered in honour of the dead. Sometimes the funerals only
take place many years after the death of the person because the family has to
save up enough money to stage the event.
